Re-Delve
Transforming Conflict & Coloniality
About
Ramsay (he/him) is a Burkinabe-American practitioner whose identities draw from a global spectrum of cultures. From a young age, his quest for peace and belonging were met by exclusionary identity-based dynamics that root in coloniality. This quest continues to drive Ramsay’s work.
Re-Delve is a conflict transformation practice that views conflict as an entry point for individual, collective, and systemic transformation aimed at facilitating healing and liberating outcomes. The mechanisms of conflict present an opportunity for such transformational work by centering identity, belonging, and community while engaging with the narratives that construct their meaning.
The Re-Delve approach is built on the philosophies and principles of Restorative Justice, Narrative Practice, and Decoloniality.
Conflict generates change.
Services
Re-Delve supports individuals, organizations, and communities in transforming identity-based/charged conflicts and building belonging that transcends exclusion.
These services work towards belonging by centering relationships between individuals, and within communities. The work explores the unseen dynamics and feelings of conflict through intentional engagement and storytelling. Working towards belonging is a journey that calls for radical courage.
Storytelling is a social, bridge-building activity, mysterious, flowing and creative with the capacity to bring forth new worlds, new realities. It is an expression of the inner life of the human being and a way of connecting to the outer world, thus breaking the isolation of loneliness and feelings of not belonging.

Conflict Transformation
Coaching
Have a one-on-one session that helps you build conflict transformation skills while unpacking and strategizing for a conflict you are experiencing.
Mediation
Engage in a facilitated conversation with two or three parties whose relationship has been impacted by an incident(s). This will help folx better understand the dynamics of the conflict and the other party, work out an agreement and/or restore their relationship.
Restorative Justice
Restorative Justice is a practice rooted in indigenous spirituality, philosophy and tradition. Engage in a guided story-telling process with others who have been impacted by a harm-causing incident(s). This is for groups seeking to address the harm incident, create and hold accountability, and repair relationships.
The opportunity for conflict transformation lies in naming, surfacing, and engaging with unseen dynamics and feelings that, when left unaddressed, become entrenched and perpetual.

social justice and critical engagement.
Human beings long for connection, and our sense of usefulness derives from the feeling of connectedness. When we are connected - to our own purpose, to the community around us, and to our spiritual wisdom - we are able to love and act.
